The Wagner Houseboat, also known as The Old Boathouse is one of the oldest floating homes in Seattle and located on Westlake Ave near the Aurora Bridge. This historic building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and is the first Seattle floating home to achieve landmark status from the Landmark Preservation Board.
