Newsletter Archive
This is an archive of the Seattle Floating Homes Association's Newsletters. Each panel below contains at least a link to a downloadable Newsletter pdf.
Recent Newsletters have been published using software that generates pdf files, which are also readable by Adobe's Acrobat Reader, among many other programs. Consequently, because they are based on text, Newsletters of this recent type may be copied or searched quite easily.
However, we have only had paper copies of issues earlier than Number 140. These have now been scanned and pdf's created from the images. If scans are the source of its pdf, fhe panels below will also contain a link to a zip with the corresponding original images.
The images were tweaked a little as they were assembled into pdf's. Paper colors, for example, were removed to improve contrast and perhaps reduce printing aggravation. The pdf's also have an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) layer that enables older image-based Newsletters to be copied or searched along with more recent text-based ones.

A complete set of the pdf's downloadable individuallly from the Newsletter panels below may be downloaded all at once in a single file. This file is available at the link below.
Note that the complete-set zip expands on your local drive into a searchable folder using, for example, Adobe Reader's "Advanced Search" feature.
