Car Break In on Fairview

When: Sometime between Monday, July 28th and Tuesday, July 29th.
Where: The car was parked in front of 2031 Fairview Avenue East
What: "Someone broke into my locked car and stole my leather jacket and the checkbook that was in the pocket of the leather jacket. Other items and papers that were in the car were displaced from where I left them. I have cancelled all of my checks. Fortunately no permanent damage was done to my car."

Trespasser on Fairview Avenue East

When: During the afternoon on Sunday, June 29th.
Where: Willow Dock Coop at 2321 Fairview Avenue East
What: "The individual that "visited" Mallard Cove (2600 FVE as reported in the 06-30-08 Dock Watch, Item 3) was likely same individual on ours. I don't have the description of clothing, but he too was described as on something, and actually asked one dock member if he wanted to share a bowl. He did leave but with the urging escort service of three dock members."
